hello everyone, have been surfing a few of these sites lately for 2 reasons: 1 is that i suffered for many years with panic, trauma and anxiety and the other to plug my book (i have written to nicola? so i am not plugging that here). i am glad to say that my life has turned around and these days i am a happy shopper most of the time. the book/blog thing is cool if thats not the done thing. i will hang around a bit anyway. could anyone enlighten me about mentioning these things though? am being above board.
