Hey guys just a little background on me (bare with me its kinda hectic lol) i sufferd my first panic attack 2 years ago and with that i got agrophobia but luckily i was able to overcome that by myself, then came my anxiety had a bad one with always fearing i need to go to the toilet everytime i was out, ive overcome that to an extent then came my health anxiety and a bit of a phobia of sleep, tbh i think in my mind i can never be fine its like there has to be something up with me, anyway looking forward to chatting to you guys :flowers:
