What's wrong with me? :(

I'm so terrified :( I'm scared of losing grip in reality, I'm scared of going insane and forgetting who I am and who others are around me, I've been feeling strange all day, I'm worried I've got a brain tumour too because I've been getting headaches and blurred vision and I had déjà vu today and it really freaked me out, I'm do scared and I just don't know what to do! :( xx

ive experienced all them feelings/symptoms you have just described. i beleived the same as you i beleived i had a brain tumour when i was at my worst with anxiety the more i beleived this thought the worse the symptoms got . But of course it was all just anxiety causing the blurred vision , the headaches the strange detatched unreal feeling and it will be the same with you too.so dont think that its anything else. Try and distract yourself from how your feeling right now then you might be able to start thinking more clearly x
