Pain that I cannot explain

I have a pain in my tummy area, more down the righ side near to my hip, I cant explain the feeling now I am worried.

I do have other pains but I think thats ibs I just dont loke the other pain its weird!

Can anyone make sense of what I am on about as I really have no clue!?

It could be a stomach ache due to IBS, can you elaborae a little more on what it feels like?
