Please help me I'm worried about my heart!

I can't stop panicking about my heart I'm 17 it 6am I can't sleep because all day I've been worrying about my heart! I have pain in left arm and tingling I feel itchy and sick all this panick is making me feel ill I'm terrified of dying I need help somebody reassure me don't know what to do :'(

I'm so sorry you're feeling so paniky...the chances of something really being wrong with your heart at your age are slim to none hun! The fear you are experiencing is not helping your symptoms at all...is there any way you can try to do some deep breathing? I just logged on to the chat room...i'll be there if you want to join me and maybe we can talk for a bit until you calm down?? xx
