When i needed help you were not there

What's the point of hosting a helpline/chat when i needed help or maybe just a chat or someone to listen i have to wait 5 days!

We dont host a helpline ? The 5 day wait for chat access is to stop spammers registering and being able to go straight into chat, which is a problem we have had before.

If you need urgent help there are things like NHS direct you can phone, or the samaritans for really desperate times

you must remember its christmass and there wont be a lot in the chat room
has for help line theres not one
