stomach

Last night i woke up shivering and with stomach pains dizzyness and a pulse in my stomach. Today i feel extremely dizzy and weak my nails are white and i still have a ppunding pulse in my stomach area. i cant eat im worried it could br a bleed internally or something. So scared please helpwill it harm if i do drink? Im quite short of breath aswell :(

Its ok. sometimes we feel pulses anywere in our body. its fine. shivering= stress/anxiety/possibly a virus which you have. its ok x
