Visual disturbances and period?

Anyone experience floaters & flashing lights around there period?

Yes I always get more floaters just after my period. But recently I've been getting more.constant visual disturbances. Like visual snow and afterimages and light sensitivity.

I see flashes of light alot, seems these things are quite common in people with anxiety
