Hello im conor and 16 years old

my symptoms of anxiety are

Visual snow
Tinnitus
Derealization
Depersonalization
Headaches,jaw aches, shooting pains, hot red burning face and ears
Tiredness
Irritable
Not to be a joke but pooing excessively

Does anyone get these?

I did at the height of my HA it's all part of its hell, feeling faint, hot face, ringing ears etc etc it's just your body fighting the panic. Try deep breaths, breath in through your nose deeply and blow out of your mouth, it's does help if you get the technique right xx
