(Right, im 18, iv been on Prozac for a year or 2. and im agraphobic. )

My question is do any of you feel like your not really there (like in a room/or ur not real) like ill be sitting down watching the telly or something and it feels lkes my eyes are reeeeeaaaly far back in my head?! thats the only way i can discribe it!!

is that anxiety? or ???

Hi Sophia

Feeling unreal or tunnel vision effect is a common symptom of anxiety and can feel worse if you're very tired. I don't know if Prozac makes any difference to it or not as i've never taken it. Try not to worry and get as much rest as you can so tiredness doesn't make you feel worse.

yeah i sometimes i feel dizzy (i think) but its mostly llike im stuck in my head? ..yeah iim gettin it now..."great" lol[Sigh...]

Hey sophia, you know, sometimes i feel like i'm not really here, i put it down to how bad i feel now and then, its like how can i be feeling like this ? this can't be real, everyone else seems to be ok!, stuff like that.
