Palps or something else?!

Can someone please exsplain to me what palps feel like? randomly about once a month i will have a eposode in the night were everytime ig o to nod off i feel like im fallen and its like i shut off for a minute, is this what they are?? xxx

They feel like a skip in your chest or a really quick flutter x

what you have descibed is normal hun i get that too and know alot of people that do its as your body is relaxin and your muscles it has a spasm its normal :) xx
