Can neck pain be anxiety??
I have had a pain at the side of my neck (kind of behind the ear and down onto top of shoulder) for about a month now. It's now getting worse and is on both sides of my neck. There is one area In particular on both sides that is agony when touched. It's also feels as though there is a weight pressing down on both shoulders. Any ideas wether this is caused by anxiety? Muscle strain? Or something serious?
