hey as alot aware been of work since 13th dec for stress and axiety but bk to work today feeling nervous and stressed dont feel i belong around ppl atm feel i'm isolated from ppl , i live with my mum , dad , sister and even tho i've been in alot of pain " IBS been stuck in spasum for 3 wks and have had constant nervous tummy , they have made xmas as nice as possible i really dread going bk today i no i goto go in as i cant lose money guess just nervous ,
also was chattin to family b4 lunch on about dread new year scared that 2012 will be worst than 2011 i need my furture to change as i feel it has to , i'm single , skint , still livin with family , lonely , isolated , nervous , fed up , fat , hate myself , hate my life atm :( cant stand the whole crap of new year new you " doesnt happen " help anyone understand my feeling ? x:bighug1:
