Neurological problem or anxiety?

I'm so concerned and scared that I have a neurological problem that will stop me from functioning - walk, talk etc.. It's so scary :(
I have the following symptoms:

- last night I had a vibrating flutter inside my head that lasted about 10seconds
- bad headache
- dizziness
- body feels light and kinda numb
- I feel tired and lathergic

I just feel so odd and soo scared of what it could be :( xx
