My name is Christine and 2 months ago I suffered from bad food poisoning and ever since, even though it wasn't that bad, my nerves have been very bad and I am absolutely obsessed with it, hardly eating as I worry every time I eat I will be bad, trouble sleeping, I have been back and forth to the doctors for the 2 months, they all say that my stomach will get better in time and I should watch what I eat, except for the last one who thinks I am now suffering from anxiety as my heart has been racing and I also get very strange fluttering feelings under my ribs whenever I relax, I am not so bad if I keep going but it is on my mind all the time and I can't think of anything else, I am even getting panicky if I have to go any where , I am now on 20mg beta blockers a day but so far no change, I have only be taking them for 6 days. Why can't I get it out of my mind and try to get back to living?
