Does anybody with anxiety feel about 90?

Does anybody here with anxiety feel about 90 due to certain symptoms or stresses?

Or do you ever feel not in your right mind or crazy due to symptoms?

I remember when I first started taking Citalopram and with all the side effects I felt like a weak and sick old man, it was awful because all summer I had been really super fit doing lots of training and suddenly I felt about 85.

im 23 and i feel wellll over 90. I feel like im nackered and past my best and its only going to get worse type thing. But i try and stay positive lol

im 40 and feel so old!!! the tiredness from weeks of panic attacks and anxiety (months of sleepless nights) really takes it out of you.As soon as the kids are back at school,i am going to seriously sort out some 'ME' time........everything and anything i can do that involves relaxation.....
sauna,swim,leisurely walks (definitely need to get outside more) ,afternoon naps......im really gunna sort myself out next year!!!

yeah bout 102 !!! coz ya feel ya aint really got a propper life sepecially when ya a natural bubbly person , n u become depressed and frustrated at it!! the headaches constant aches
physical symptoms of anxiety suck to say the least!!!
