Hi All,

My name is Phil, ive long suffered with anxiety and was on propanolol for as long as I can remember.

Recently had breakdown of my family unit probably due to me being depressed and not putting much effort into life.

I then lost my mother rapidly to cancer, I was her carer to the end and this experience has overwhelmed me.
