I hate my anxiety and now I have a new scare that has me awake all night and totally sick and freaked out and I cant find any health professional that knows.
We have back yard feeders where we feed birds - raccoons - possums and other wild creatures. Yesterday it was almost dark and I was so anxiety sick all day I forgot to put out food so I hurried before dark. I used my bare hands to scrape out the old food and came in the house. The phone rang and I forgot to wash my hands
Then I went in and ate several types of finger foods and now I am scared I am going to get a disease from the wild animals. I am allergic to almost all antibiotics so if I get sick I am doomed
