Hiya everybody,havnt been on here for ages,i suffer from health anxiety really,i did have a few panic attacks in my time,i have been alright for ages but am 10 weeks pregnant and scared of everything,i have a son who is 16 yrs old but i was ok then so nothing bothered me then,i had to have an emergency cesserian then after 28 hrs in labour so now i am getting feelings of anxiety again,its all these feelings you are supposed to get when pregnant like your heart rate goes up and you feel breathless,now my biggest fear all through my anxiety is feeling my heart beat all the time. And i get palps so if i get it goin fast when pregnant i will instantly get anxiety,i need to get a grip for this c section when i have it,is anybody else ever felt like this?x
