Please help !!!!

I get these pains in my chest and back they are painful but it also goes to my jaw too it's a bit like a tingling but so painful, I'm just wondering if anyone else gets this or can give me
Some advice?

I don't really know how to explain the pain so tried my best

Hi Jo.

Try not to worry, i know these feelings all too well. Anxiety causes the worst symptoms, sounds silly but try ur best to ignore them. Concentrating on them makes it worse. The tingling is bcoz ur more than likely hyperventalating. It may not feel that u r breathing too quickly but it creeps up on u!

Main thing is, try not to worry and it will pass. Xx

i get it sometimes when i think about my heart, dont worry i think u will be fine, dont think u need the docs but go for a check up if i t would make u feel better :).

I get these chest pains sometimes, and when i breathe in it feels like it spreads to other places, like my stomach, back, arm, jaw, it can be anywhere. I was worried at first, which seemed to worsen it. But after a year I realised it can't be harmful or I'd probably be dead by now. It's been 4 years since they started and since I don't worry about it much anymore, I hardly get them. Once every few weeks maybe, if that. Hope you feel better soon. x
