Hi everyone... I'm just getting a bit annoyed I feel like I've ALWAYS got the cold these days! Up until October I had been really healthy all year and I was thinking to myself "oh I've not had a cold this year!!" Then I caught one and I feel like I only got rid of the cough a couple of weeks ago. I spent Christmas with my family and everyone had a cough and cold, so I bought some of that First Defense stuff you spray up your nose that's supposed to stop it, but my throat is getting tickly and I'm sneezy. I'm not really worried but I just wish I could go for a few days without having SOMETHING wrong with me!! ARGHH!
