ive had a good day no attacks but i feel some coming cause ive chewed on bread but when i clench my jaw now :blush:i can feel the pain and my eye lid same side is twitching as writing ive had a sharp head pain eeeek i cant bare it no more im so sad at the mo nearly in tears

Everything in that area is so close together, its bound to be a bit sore if you have a bad TMJ flareup. Whenever my jaw gets sore, I start getting ear pain! I wouldn't be surprised if it was only TMJ. Maybe try taking an anti inflammatory to calm things down near your jaw, and relieve the pain.
