Anyone feeling anxious cos its NYE? socialising?
I am determined not to get it today....or tonight, it almost ruined my xmas and i really dont want it tonight...
whats everyones plans? how are you going to combat any signs of anxiety?!

Hi, I'm staying in this year, I don't want to go out, not really in the mood and don't want to make myself get worked up over it. Hope next year is better than the last!

yeh we stayed in, went to a local restaurant, (had a moment of anxiety but it passed after a large wine!) then had a few drinks and suddenly perked up about 11 and wished i'd gone out!
