Hello everyone.. this feels very weird to be amongst like minded people. :smile: I suffer from anxiety (particulary Health anxiety at the moment but mainly anxiety in general!) and have suffered from post-natal depression and depression in the past. Nice to meet you all x

Hi Dmd,
It can be quite difficult to broach the subject with people for the first time, postnatal depression is such a cruel condition and i deeply feel for any woman that has to go through it, sometimes being able to air your concerns somewhat anonymously can help to organise your thoughts. I have just joined myself but have already seen a lot of very supportive and positively encouraging people that are understanding and keen to pass on any help and/or information they can offer.
