Hello, Happy New Year!

Just found this forum after searching on the internet for answers. So glad this is here. I am 49 years old and have suffered anxiety on and off for the last 30 years. Just recently, it has become quite bad due to a change in medication and my doctors reluctance to prescribed more Temazepam which I've been using for almost 4 years.

Looking forward to posting here for any help, advice and the usual reassurance! :)

Happy new year and you certainly arent alone. Its surprising just how many people seem to have these sorts of problems as i have discovered. I have had this pretty much all my life and im 40 now so i wish you all the best with it.
