When I get anxious (which is most of the time) my head feels unbalanced, does anyone else get this and is there a way to stop it?

Yes, i can relate to you. This is one of my primary complaints. I feel sometimes like I am sideways, or just not quite right. My world just doesn't look right, you know? Sometimes it is accompanied by light headedness for me, too. I am not sure how to stop it, though. My guess is it is from tension in the neck muscles to hyperventilation. Perhaps if we did some breathing and tried to relax our muscles, that might be of some help, but that's the best I can come up with. I hope someone else can give us some tricks. Hugs, Wiskers ~
