Another Newbie!

Just wanted to say Hi. This is my first post but I have been lurking for some time. I suffer from Anxiety/Mild Depression and I am hoping to find support. Only 2 members of my family, my husband and my sister know about my problem and I am currently seeing a Mental Health Nurse. Even though both my husband and sister are very supportive sometimes it is hard for them to truly understand. I feel such a failure and I am so embarrassed about telling anyone my problems but I realise that I need to start somewhere so I can improve, hence this post!
