Hi just wanted to introduce myself, i am Jay 26 yrs old from England. I struggle with depression a lot and social anxiety especially in busy places and struggle with new people. I also have some substance issues. I am trying to join a few sites to get information and advice and I will read through the problems/issues pages on the left after.
