Haven't been here for a while as been doing well however tonight I had something very frightening happen. When in bed I could feel my heart thump in my chest, so I sat up... It then continues to thump and flutter in a very irregular rhythm for the next ten or do seconds. I've never had this so long before, I'll get the odd eptopic perhaps once or twice a day but never anything as long as this. I drank a can of coke zero before bed, could this have contributed in any way? I'm basically too scared to sleep now :-(
