Luckily i have been a lot better and much more stress free and less anxious.... and then there is today!
My panic attack has started in the last 20 minutes and the whole reason being is i had just finished eating and i got up from the table and the strongest pulsating feeling in my lower back started happening... then i had a strong feeling in my chest :/ i am freaking out its something like ABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM!
I'm over weight so i have no idea if this is linked and I'm also 23 years old..
sometimes when i take a walk after i eat i get this weird pulsating feeling but not as strong as this... really has scared me
