Hello there

my name is jane and i am a long sufferer of depression and anxiety, i stumbled upon this forum and i am very gratefull that i did, i often have dizzy spells and it was nice to finally find out why.

ive been through many forms of counciling none of which have worked but i refuse to go onto antidepresants, thats just my view i suppose i am afraid of the side effects.

well i am going to go off and have a look round, nice to meet you all hope to get chatting to some of you in the future.

I think this site has been a lifesaver for me at times when i felt really low, so many lovely people to advise and help you, and you mat be able to offer other members help too.
