Anyone feel like throwing up with anxiety? and heart jumping

Had a really bad day and all I really feel like doing it throwing up and feel like my hearts beating and jumping evetywhere. Anyone get these symptoms ? xxx

I feel for you because both sensations are very hard to deal with. Do you notice that even though your heart is doing the jumping around thing that your pulse in your wrist seems normal? I'm getting this right now so I figure that it's just an unpleasant chest sensation that is caused by extra tension or anxiety. My anxiety lately has been really bad so I'm getting a lot of horrible sensations and the feeling of throwing up is one of the worst ones out there.
