light head a viral infection or something worse :(

Hi guys for the last week ive had a strange feeling of light headed ness with a bit of vision blur when reading the computer i went to the doc who told me it could be a viral infection but ive not had any high temp or flu symptoms i have of course looked in google which has made it worse i now wake up and the first thing i check is too see if my vision is ok which of course its not its driving me crazy with worry.

If you google Anxiety symptoms you will see all your symptoms listed I promise and the more WE panic or worry (cos I am just as bad) the more you will get I know it's easier said than done but try to put it behind you. Or see a optician about your eyes try and eat properly. Good luck Ian

I have the same thing and have had for about a month, could be eye strain if you have been using computer a lot. Have you had your eyes checked recently just to be on safe.

But Check the symptoms page it will explain this.

Thanks for the support guys ill try to relax more over the next couple of days ill see if that helps.
