sooo lightheaded and weak!

hey guys, ive been feeling so weak and lightheaded all day! like im gonna pass out if i stand up, its HORRIBLE. any tips to combat? bleh

I feel just the same. I try to push thru, it sometimes it works but others it doesn't. I hate the weak, trembly feeling the most.

ye like ur shaking on the inside, i always think the weakness and lightheadedness is a sign theres something wrong with my heart :( if i wasnt on lexapro id burst into tears haha, so sick of this anxiety!

I worry that it's my heart too. I think it's probably because I spend all my time lying n the sofa and have done nothing for weeks.
