twitchin again :(

my nostril and tongue wont stop twitchin :( i m freakin out again anyone ever had a twitch on their toungue or one nostril it just feels weird all the time like theirs somethin on my nose and tongue :( also my lip felt funny so i had a look and i have a fat lip same side as my twitchy nostil but no idea how i got a fat lip?? :weep: really worrryin :( xx

Twitching is normal with anxiety, trust me. As for the fat lip I wouldn't be able to answer that, though it probably isn't serious.

Twitching is a classic sign of being a bit under the weather, or a lot as the case may be.

Its just your muscles over tensed and they are unwinding in their own way, it wont do you any harm, its annoying but not the end of the world x

Have you bit your lip at all?

Also and please dont take this the wrong way but are you sure its actually swallon? I dont mean to doubt you but i do know from personal experiance that i have swore my lips are all swelled and then got someone to look and they cant notice a thing. x
