Gut pain & nausea 24/7

I have had severe gut cramping and neausea for 7 weeks - had it a year ago for 4 weeks. Doctor found nothing.

This is really disabling - anyone else had this

I get a lot of nausea and stomach pain due to IBS and anxiety.
Can you pin point any sort of trigger like do you get the cramps after eating? or when you're anxious?
If you Dr didn't find anything then I'd guess it is a reaction of your digestive system to your anxious feelings. It's amazing how linked the nervous system and digestive system are.
Maybe keep a dairy to help you identify triggers
