Back to college =) was in a state this morning but did it!!!

Went back to college today. The night before i was so anxious and panicky it was ridiculous ...i started thinking "oh my god i cant do it". I was so bad during the night too, waking up every 2 hours feeling panicky.

Got to college this morning started shaking ,but my college were amazing , gave me a puppy to play with and off i went into the classroom and was fine for the 6 hour day =)

So pleased with myself !


Thought i'd share to give you all a bit of hope xx

Congratulations. I gave up college because I couldn't cope with all the anxiety and stress. I regret that very much, nearly 30 years later. There was no internet then, no resources. Nobody had heard of panic attacks back then but I knew I was having them!
Stick at it and I'm sure you'll succeed:).

hehe lol , thanks guys =P @Carys , im doing dog grooming and one of the groomers bought in her puppy it was soooo cute! gimme a puppy when im sad, angry or crying and it'll pput a smile on my face =P x

OOo what a lovely thing to be learning about - dog grooming. My 'puppy' will be 12 months old tomorrow, I keep telling her she will be a 'big dog' and should learn to behave like one. You jsut CAN'T be sad with puppies around !!! :D
