Hey i have been feeling ok over the past few days i think partly because i have managed not to go on google for every little thing..i just know that the health anxiety is there ready to get me again soon and i hate it i just want to feel normal again..my fear at the mo is a spot on my leg that is white its been there for months never changed and has no blood or puss in it im guessing its from an ingrowing hair,and if anything its gone smaller at one point it did go red from me poking at it but looks white again now!wish i didnt worry so much :(

Know how you feel, wish HA would just disappear forever. Don't worry about the white spot, there are plenty of rational, non-deadly explanations :)

Thanks i know im just being silly about the spot..Just wish i could make these feelings go away grrrrrr x its good talking to people on here though i have found it has helped me alot x
