Fast heart beat

It seems that about 5 or 6am every morning my heart all of the sudden races and it does though out the day, the only time it slows down is when I am in bed.

You had any tests on your heart?

I would get your GP to check you over so that you can rule out any nastys - anxiety can cause rapid heart rate though.

I've had no tests done I will speak to the GP Monday. I was also maybe putting it down to not eating as well.
