Does anyone else feel out of touch with reality?

Does anyone else feel out of touch with reality and feel like they're living in a dream.. These feelings are so scary :( does anyone else get them? xx

Yep i get this alot. Its almost as if im having an out of body experience, like im watching myself just standing there. It happens when im out and about mostly. I hate it. It usually makes me feel a bit dizzy which freaks me out :( x
