Ladies help please! Pink/bloody discharge!!

For months now once or twice I get a thick pink discharge, like what you get at the end of a period, so I went to docs after having an 8 day period and she did a swab, I'm only 21, test results all came back fine, and Shes put me on the mini pill to stop my periods, not had any period but Iv had the horrible disharge twice already, I'm really scared it's cancer! I hvent been on here in so long but now I'm really scared, and I feel like I'm having period pain too, can anybody help? Xx

Hiya I'm new here but have had the same problem in the past, im a lot older than yourself at 40 but this started happening to me just over 12 months ago and it eventually settled down. I went to the docter and she told me it was ovulation that was causing a bit of a break through bleed and pinky disharge, i have health anxiety and its horrible, but mine seemed to go away but i do get pain around ovulation time. Try not to worry i am fine.
