feeling cold

Hi guys all day today on and off ive been feeling cold my head has been also been cold to touch has anyone else ever expericend this

I'm cold alot of the time. Even sometimes with the heating up full but I find if I sit down for too long and don't move then it gets worse so maybe try moving around abit more and you'll heat up.

Yea its weird that been twice that i have woke up freezing even shakeing it only lasts for about 5 min then i get back to sleep and it only started yesterday which is weird ive never had anything like it before.
