Hi people!
For the past 2 years i have been going through a weird stage in my life trying to dealing with anxiety and when i thought it was over i got this....
I have often feel like my neck face eye and forehead is often strained and during the day this builds up and causes this immense pressure in my head. Its only ever on one side of my face. Its sometimes that bad i feel like im going to pass out. Also i have started waking up in the middle of the night with this pressure thing as well. Does anyone else have the same thing as my gp is just shrugging his shoulders and saying ill be ok lol!!
