I feel ill!!!

Hi,
I'm on day 6 of taking prozac for panic attacks and I feel ill.... Woke up at 4am sweating. Had to rush to toilet and all I want to do is be sick... Can't eat, theres nothing there to bring up. I hoping these side affects go away soon as I cant take much more of this. I was the same yesterday. I'm supposed to be at work but had to use a holiday yesterday. I'm going to have to ring my boss today and explain everything!!! I just cant face it!!

To add to the pressure I also have to rep-apply for my job the end of Feb what am I going to do???

Hi sorry to hear your feeling so bad :hugs: i take cit not prozac but most of the side effects are the same, these meds nearly always make you feel 100 times worse to start with before you get any better, the side effects tend to ease off between 2-3 weeks as the med gets into system and starts to stabilise, think your right in explaining everything to your boss, maybe you could take a weeks holiday or something? hope you feel better soon xx
