Pain in spine

I've had pain in my lower back for a few days now it's in my lower back and now my spine, lying down it aches! I can't think of hurting my back last wk, my hips & pelvis kinda hurt too! I'm scared it's bone cancer or a spinal tumour or something!!! Ive sat with heat pads on it etc to no avail.

Help!!!!!

Could it be tension? I've had pretty bad pain in my back before when my anxiety's been bad, and I had a hot water bottle on it. I read that a spinal tumor has a focal pain, but your pain sounds like it's spread out, what with your hips and pelvis hurting too.
Obviously if you're super worried (like we all get!) check it out with your doctor. They'll be able to work out the type of pain you have and what it means.
