View Full Version : Night Shivers

Sigh of relief

Hello,

First off I'd like to thank this site for being a godsend. I've been going through a rough patch mainly because of stress with my job. I've had a difficult last week, and it's causing havoc with my anxiety symptoms.

The last few nights. I've woken with shivers, even though the room is warm. I've gone to bed with a mild head ache, and have difficulty falling asleep. Once I'm asleep, I have nightmares or weird dreams, and awake suddenly feeling cold especially my shoulders. I try to fight it, but eventually I start shivering.

I do some breathing exercises, and eventually go back to sleep. This morning I woke up, with sore shoulders and neck as well as a soar throat, but no cough or fever. This morning I went to the loo with loose stools. I felt a little better as the day went on, but am still sore on the shoulders and neck, and my throat is slightly swollen.

I think I'm battling a virus, because of my weakened Immune system, brought on by stress.

Has anyone had any similar experiences to this?

Thanks
SOR
