Hi all - back to feeling 'trapped in public'

Hi everybody,

I'm a 28yr old gay man from Pennsylvania, US. I've been fine for years now, but just started having my social bouts of anxiety again. My fear is being in situations where I can't get to a restroom (at least not without being very noticeable). It's a combined fear of either wetting myself or throwing up in public. Fun stuff, lol.

Anywho, I'll be over in the Social anxiety forum, rambling more about this. Glad to have found a site about this type of thing so I don't feel like I'm crazy.
