What time of day?

Hello!

Just a quick question, been prescribed 40mg of proponolol to take once a day. In your experience what's best time of day to take, morning or evening?
Just extra info - I have no chance of a lie in in morning, 3 kids 2 get to school before I'm off to work. Will they make me sleepy if I take in morning or affect me getting up in morning if I take at night?

I take them in the morning as soon as i wake up if i need them. They give me a boost of relaxation for the day. I found they affected my sleep if i took them at night x
