Best time to take

What is the best time to take sertraline ?
ive been given 50MG i also take 400mg of sodium valproate (eplim )
10pm every night as a mood stablizer

I tend to take mine in the morning but it makes me feel tired throughout the day so maybe at night?

i took my first tablet at 11.30am only sideaffect ive had is feelin sick all day dont feel tired either
