Personally I prefer the ready mixed spray that you just spray on your tongue but there is another one that you just add a few drops to water.
Nicola
I use this a lot and it does help
Take care

Keep focused, keep positive.
I tried the drops two nights ago, but smashed the bottle so only managed a couple of drops in water.
Today, bought the spray and have used it a few times throughout the day. Spraying 3 to 4 sprays.
My opinion...Rubbish! Done nothing for me, but I havn't felt panicy so maybe it reacts to your attitude. Bit like hypnotherapy, in other words, does not actually work but belive it works and it may.
I was very disappointed not to feel anything though apart from brandy breath.

hey,
I use rescue remedy, spray form. love it! I have a natural remedies book and apparently you find the best suited dr bach remedy to suit your needs and use it daily and it will draw out the fear or whatever it is you want to disminish{that the right word? lol}. Apparently its very effective. But ive only ever used rescue remedy. Yet to try picking the right remedy to use to draw out the fear/phobia.

I also use the spray but find that if I feel panicky the effects don't always last very long, sometimes less than a minute if I'm really panicky. I give myself 3-4 sprays before, say going in to a shop, if I'm feeling bad. So it does help but not sure if it's the flower content or the taste of the alcohol as it act so fast.
Anyway I always carry a bottle with me, plus a few xanax in case I have a full blown attack. Also take Xtra Strong mints to suck on seems to help slightly for some reason.
